eMessenger

Relax and let the banking come to you!

eMessenger is a Free service provided by The State Bank that can be set to alert you when:

• Your Checking Account has a low balance
• A Check has cleared your Checking Account
• Savings Account has a low balance
• When you have completed a Loan Payment

eMessenger without Online Banking

Don’t use Online Banking? Just ask The Bank about Free eMessenger e-mails. We’ll be happy to set you up with e-mail alerts. When receiving an e-mail alert you can feel safe in knowing your confidential information is protected. An eMessenger e-mail provides a secure message notification that is password protected.

eMessenger with Online Banking

eMessenger comes with a Free eMessenger Center for State Bank customers with Online Banking. It is located above your account information as soon as you log into Online Banking. Here you have the ability to:

• Receive Alerts
• Setup Alerts
• Review Alerts

Email Alerts: Besides receiving alerts from your Messenger Center, you may also receive alerts through your Email. When receiving an Email Alert you can feel safe in knowing your confidential information is protected. A Messenger Email provides a secure message notification that is password protected.

A Helpful Hint: To get back to your Messenger Center during any part of your Online Banking experience just click the “Accounts” button and it will bring you right back.

Taking a closer look at your Messenger Center

• The First Column in your messenger center states if a message is an Alert or a Special Offer. Click on the phrase Alert or Special Offer to get a list of alerts you have setup.
• The Second Column states “New.” Click “New” to setup alerts. Go ahead and try it out, it’s Free! Choose an alert and click the next button. While completing the short alert form you will notice that an email alert is the default option. You can change this by clicking on the drop down box and choosing Online Message Box instead of email.
• The Third Column provides your messages. If you receive any alerts, click on the message link to view the alert’s message.
