ATM/Debit Card Tips

To protect yourself from fraud or identity theft, keep these important tips in mind:

  1. If your debit card is lost or stolen, call The Bank immediately or call 800.264.5578. Always report a lost or stolen debit card immediately. This will help prevent fraudulent transactions from posting to your account.
  2. Never give out your debit card or credit card Personal Identification Number (PIN) number to anyone on the telephone, internet etc….. Your PIN number is for your use only. Never Give It Out. (When in doubt contact The Bank.)
  3. Please inform The Bank ahead of time if you plan to travel outside the country to alert our staff about possible overseas transactions.
